Hieff Unicon® qPCR TaqMan Probe Master Mix-1 mL

This product is a premixed solution for probe-based 2× real-time quantitative PCR amplification. The antibody-based hot-start UNICON® DNA polymerase (Cat. No. 10113ES) used can effectively inhibit amplification caused by nonspecific annealing of primers. At the same time, the formula optimizes factors that effectively inhibit nonspecific PCR amplification and factors that improve PCR reaction amplification efficiency, making it suitable for amplification of low-concentration templates, so that quantitative PCR can obtain a good standard curve in a wide quantitative range.
